Accessing My Tickets
Where are my tickets?

All tickets purchased on TNow.com are available for download to your mobile device from the Order Confirmation or My Tickets. To add tickets to your Apple wallet or save to your Google Pay wallet:

  • View your tickets in Order Confirmation or My Tickets.
  • Tickets that are available to be added to a wallet will have a button on it: "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Save to Google Pay."
  • Tap the "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Save to Google Pay" button on each ticket to add to your wallet. You will need to add each of your tickets separately to your wallet, even if it's from the same order.
When will I get my tickets?

Event tickets are immediately available for download from your order confirmation. You can also check the status of all orders in My Tickets. If there is a delay, we will let you know and work with the merchant to place your order. When your tickets are ready to download, we'll send a text message to the mobile number used to place the order.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, you do not need to carry any paper or print your tickets. All tickets purchased through TNow.com are digital mobile tickets that you can download from My Tickets.

How do I transfer or send my tickets to someone else?

To share tickets from your Apple wallet:

  • Open your Apple Wallet and tap on your event pass.
  • Tap the More Options icon {...} in the upper-righthand corner.
  • Tap the Share icon {share} in the upper-righthand corner.
  • Choose your method to share the pass, like Airdrop or text message. The pass will appear as an attachment.
  • Send the pass. Each pass needs to be sent separately.

At this time, Google Pay does not support ticket sharing through the wallet. Note: The name and mobile number used to place the order is displayed on the pass downloaded to your mobile device. This information helps the event, tour, or attraction organizer quickly locate your order if you require assistance.

Buying tickets
How do I find Accessible seating?

If offered by the merchant, we will indicate accessible seating options with an ♿ icon. You can also filter to view only accessible seating options by selecting "Refine +" when Browsing events.

How do I purchase VIP tickets and other special packages?

VIP tickets and other special packages are not currently available through TicketsNow. To learn more about these offerings, please contact the merchant directly.

Does TicketsNow charge any fees?

Nope! TicketsNow does not add any service fees to orders placed on TNow.com. However, the merchant may have their own separate fees.

Orders
How will my order appear in my credit card statement?

Charges on your credit card statement will appear as "TNow.com" for tours & activities, or in some cases, as a variation of "Ticketmaster" or "TM" for live events.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

TicketsNow does not handle order modifications or cancellations, so please reach out directly to the merchant. You can view the merchant's purchase policy and contact details for each order in My Tickets or your order confirmation. Bookings require advance notice for cancellations or modifications, so we recommend you contact the merchant as soon as possible to avoid missing the cancellation window.

Can I get a refund?

Same-day bookings are non-refundable. All orders are subject to the merchant's purchase policy and/or terms of use. Please reach out to the merchant directly. You can view the merchant's purchase policy and contact details for each order in My Tickets or your order confirmation.

Event Tickets

In some cases, refunds may be available from the merchant if the event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled.

Tours & Activities

Bookings often require advance notice for cancellations and refunds.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

When you make a purchase, we update your order history in My Tickets and send an email to the address provided. If you cannot find the order confirmation email, please try the following:

  • Make sure we have the correct email address in your Profile
  • Check your email junk or spam folder for a message from noreply@tnow.com
  • To avoid future messages from being treated as junk or spam, add noreply@tnow.com to your address book
Event Troubleshooting
I've arrived at the event location, but am having issues. How do I get help?

Show the box office or organizer the pass in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. The pass displays the name and mobile number used to buy the tickets as well as the order confirmation number. This will help them find your order. Don't have your tickets on your mobile device? View your order information in My Tickets.

How do I contact the event, tour, or attraction organizer?

You can view the merchant's contact details for each order in My Tickets or your order confirmation.

My Account
I'm having trouble logging into my account.

How do I update my account information or change my phone number?

Go to your Profile to change your name or email address. For your security, we do not support changing the phone number associated with an account.

Is my credit card information safe?

For convenience, we recommend using Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept manual credit card entry for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit card information is required to place an order, but the data is neither collected nor stored by TicketsNow. In fact, we don't have access to that information. Instead, payments bypass our system and go directly to Braintree, our third-party payment processor. This ensures that your financial data is stored in the most secure way possible.
