All tickets purchased on TNow.com are available for download to your mobile device from the Order Confirmation or My Tickets. To add tickets to your Apple wallet or save to your Google Pay wallet:
Event tickets are immediately available for download from your order confirmation. You can also check the status of all orders in My Tickets. If there is a delay, we will let you know and work with the merchant to place your order. When your tickets are ready to download, we'll send a text message to the mobile number used to place the order.
No, you do not need to carry any paper or print your tickets. All tickets purchased through TNow.com are digital mobile tickets that you can download from My Tickets.

At this time, Google Pay does not support ticket sharing through the wallet. Note: The name and mobile number used to place the order is displayed on the pass downloaded to your mobile device. This information helps the event, tour, or attraction organizer quickly locate your order if you require assistance.

Nope! TicketsNow does not add any service fees to orders placed on TNow.com. However, the merchant may have their own separate fees.
Charges on your credit card statement will appear as "TNow.com" for tours & activities, or in some cases, as a variation of "Ticketmaster" or "TM" for live events.
TicketsNow does not handle order modifications or cancellations, so please reach out directly to the merchant. You can view the merchant's purchase policy and contact details for each order in My Tickets or your order confirmation. Bookings require advance notice for cancellations or modifications, so we recommend you contact the merchant as soon as possible to avoid missing the cancellation window.

When you make a purchase, we update your order history in My Tickets and send an email to the address provided. If you cannot find the order confirmation email, please try the following:
Show the box office or organizer the pass in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. The pass displays the name and mobile number used to buy the tickets as well as the order confirmation number. This will help them find your order. Don't have your tickets on your mobile device? View your order information in My Tickets.

Go to your Profile to change your name or email address. For your security, we do not support changing the phone number associated with an account.
For convenience, we recommend using Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept manual credit card entry for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit card information is required to place an order, but the data is neither collected nor stored by TicketsNow. In fact, we don't have access to that information. Instead, payments bypass our system and go directly to Braintree, our third-party payment processor. This ensures that your financial data is stored in the most secure way possible.
TicketsNow is currently available in Las Vegas, but will be expanding to other major cities very soon!
At this time, TicketsNow is optimized for mobile web. Sit tight as we work on expanding TicketsNow to desktop web.
